P&R Morson Sets Sail for Anchorage House
P&R Morson has been awarded a £4.5 million project by Galliford Try to transform the Anchorage House office building in the heart of London’s East India Dock into a futuristic office space for creative and tech businesses.
The scheme is part of a major development by Trinity Property and LaSalle Investment Management and involves extensive modification to the existing services in the building, which was constructed in the 1990s.
The 11-month programme includes extension of the low pressure hot water (LPHW) and central heating services, new domestic water services, new lighting and new power distribution.
The scheme is the beginning of a new relationship between P&R Morson and Galliford Try and is due for completion in July 2017.
Comments Paul Morris, Managing Director at P&R Morson: “This project forms part of a wider scheme that will create a new creative and tech business district at East India Dock and our package of works will be instrumental in achieving that transformation.”
