The six-storey, C-shaped block of Grand Union Centre lines Ladbroke Grove in Kensington, offering a mix of retail units, restaurants and five storeys of flexible business units for Workspace Group.

A large communal courtyard connects the front building with the three residential blocks. The residential space includes 130 mixed-tenure (market, shared ownership and affordable rent) homes ranging from studio flats to five-bedroom apartments.

P&R Morson’s works ran from September 2014 to October 2015 and involved the full range of M&E services from design concept to installation including:
