P&R Morson were appointed to install the M&E services for this prestigious project, providing a working space for up to 1400 employees. Staffordshire County Council traded in eighteen outdated buildings for a single site containing two ultra-efficient modern office blocks that are now among the most efficient in the country.

This project, located in the town centre of Stafford, was carried out between March 2010 and August 2011. The central location of this project meant that logistics and deliveries were a challenge. P&R Morson overcame this by ensuring there were regular onsite meetings between P&R Morson, client representatives and Volker Fitzpatrick.

The scope of works included the design and installation of an array of mechanical and electrical services to the two blocks, including biomass boiler plant, roof mounted air handling units, a generator and transformers.
