THIS WILL BE P&R MORSONS FIRST COLLABORATION WITH GRAHAM AND ONE WE ARE VERY EXCITED ABOUT. THE PROJECT, BASED IN NOTTINGHAM, WILL ALSO PROVIDE P&R MORSON WITH THE CHANCE TO BUILD ON OUR ALREADY IMPRESSIVE DELIVERY SUCCESS WITHIN THE RESIDENTIAL SECTOR.
The £56m PRS residential development will ultimately provide 348 new homes on an old car park site in Queens Road Nottingham, right next to Nottingham railway station. The building will be nine storeys high and will consist of a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The complex will also feature a roof terrace, gym and mixed-use commercial space on the ground floor, as well as 47 parking spaces and 264 cycle storage spaces.
