This project in Chelmsford, Essex was part of a significant £74 million development in the area to create new residential facilities and a state-of-the art cricket club.
P&R Morson designed and installed the M&E services for Phase I of the redevelopment of Essex County Cricket Club and its surroundings, which took place between January 2015 and July 2015.
Phase I involved the construction of 62 private residential apartments in an eight storey residential block. The block has centralised district heating and associated plant services at basement level designed with a 1 in 100 year flood occurrence. The scope of works for P&R Morson included design concept to installation for a full range of M&E services.
Regular on site meetings between P&R Morson, client representatives and the main contractor ensured challenges were addressed to prevent project delays.
